Information for the 2017-2018 year will be coming Monday July 31st 2017.

Fees and Tuition

  • There is a non-refundable family registration fee of $45 due at the time of registration. This fee helps cover our insurance, church lease, website, and other administrative needs to run ECHO.
  • Tuition for the 2017-2018 school year is $160 per student. This covers payment to our teachers.
  • Material fees associated with each class are located on the class schedule.
  • The payment schedule is broken up into 5  installments:

    1. With Registration paperwork: $45 Non-Refundable Family Registration Fee.
    2. September 1st: ALL class material fees are due.
    3. October 6th: 1st tuition payment is due on first day of ECHO.
    4. November 3rd: 2nd tuition payment is due.
    5. December 1st: Final tuition payment is due.

    Please Note: A $10 late fee will be added for each week that your last payment is late. Refunds are based on the date and reason for dropping and are at the discretion of the ECHO Board. If you have any questions regarding tuition or payments please speak to a board member.


Classes for Your Family

ECHO was created to provide activities for homeschoolers with limited opportunities. Therefore, first priority in class placement will be given to returning families whose children are NOT participating in an ALE public school program (this includes CVA, MCP, Three Rivers Home-Link, K-12,etc.) followed by new families not participating in an ALE.  We will then place returning and new families who are participating in an ALE.  

Each Student registers for four class hours. We offer multiple class choices for 5-6 yr olds, 7-9 yr olds, 10-12 yr olds, and 13 yrs and up. Our preschool kids, 3-4 yrs, remain in the same class together for all four periods and do not change classes. The ECHO Board has the responsibility and reserves the right to determine the registration process for the good of ECHO.

Class sizes are limited. After we have received and processed your paperwork, you will receive an e-mail confirming the classes in which your child has been enrolled. If a first choice class you signed up for is full, we will automatically put your child in their second or third choice during the same period.

The Registration Process

  1. Before you register, please make sure you are aware of our Family Requirements and are in agreement with our Statement of Faith.
  2. Please mail all forms in the registration packet, signed code of conduct form, and state background check, along with your $45 Family Registration Fee to:

  3. Shortly after you register, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating the classes your child(ren) are enrolled in. Your account balance and payment schedule will be included in your confirmation email.

*If you are new to ECHO or did not register with us last year – the forms below will be made available to download at the beginning of August.
