Students who have previously taken music class are welcome to return: we play and sing new music each year!
7 – 9 year olds will need to bring their own “Baroque” (not German) fingering recorders to class weekly. Yamaha or Aulos are reliable quality brands for beginners and many other brands are fine as well. They are available from music stores like Ted Brown Music or online.

If your family already owns a recorder here is how to tell if it is Baroque or German fingering: a German-fingering recorder has hole five (counting from the top) which is smaller than hole four, whereas Baroque recorders have hole four which is smaller than hole five.
